[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong products delivered twice | |||
I ordered Danny Daze brown colour sunglasses. I got the wrong order the first time, I got Pink glasses so cancelled the order and haven't received the refund yet. I ordered the Second Time same sunglasses and again Black sunglasses has come for which I just placed the return order. Just because your company is in a dominant position you cannot abuse your power and harass consumers. You have wasted my time tremendously, sending a sorry for your inconvenience e-mail/ message doesn't make you not efficient. I have lost all the faith you have in your reputation.
