[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong second hand item delivered | |||||
My name is chengappa from hebbal. I have place order play station 4 order no od[protected] Received wrong item on 7/07/16 around afternoon. Same day complained about wrong product ref:in[protected]. Every time call customer service same reply wait for 24 hours to resolve. Today is 9th day same reply. When i ask to connect customer service manager they say he is busy, cannot receive calls.
