Flipkart — Wrong used product sent! | |||
Hello, i ordered a product Puma Solid Men Black Track Pants from Flipkart on 19th feb 2021, the order id - : OD[protected] On 22nd feb i received the item sized XL, but it was a bit large for me so i ordered L as replacement on 22nd itself. Today on 25th feb i received the replacement order - OD[protected] And to my annoyance, it turned out to be a different model and a used product!! With dirt stains on it.. I contacted the Flipkart support right away, but they were only up for refund and not replacement, and also the seller has now increased the price!! So now i will have to pay more to order the same item again..! This is a new fraud game they are playing.. Was this information helpful? | |||
