Hi, I ordered a necklace set from flipkart 2 weeks before and flipkart has cancelled my order giving me an explaination that they routed it to a different city wherein I have entered the right address.It is really upsetting for me when my wedding is around the corner and after 2 weeks I get to know that the order is cancelled.This jewellery I was suppose to wear with my wedding dress.This makes me feel that I made a wrong choice of going with Flipkart wherein they don't understand their customers and their needs. Verified Support Oct 20, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer regarding order cancellation and informed us she is not happy regarding this and she will escalate this issue to higher authority and finally she disconnected the call. Hence, closing the case
