The cake was ordered by your site at 9:40 Am and it was not reached till 4:30 PM and then we called at customer care and it was promised to be delivered by 6:30 pm but despite calling again and again no response was given and even worst behavior shown by your employees and said that paid bill is less than our requirement, then we again paid the rest of amount but it was not delivered the cake and not response to our call.
Is it the way such a big company deals with the customers and play with the emotions of the customers.
I request you to please provide me the address of corporate office and refund my payment of Rs. 569 as soon as possible
