I had ordered a mug and heart for someone’s birthday.. Floweraura says that they deliver within 3-4 days but it’s been 9 days i didn’t my order yet.. And they said they did not trace my order. Why we all give our contact number because if they have any trouble to locate our address then they can call us but no.. They didn’t call. And said my order is at my place. Then when the hell will i receive my order? First time i m ordered something from this site but to hell with this site and their services. Their customer care team is so bad they say all the time different things. One said your order will deliver today one said sat sun is off of courier services. I mean what the hell. First you guys give training to your cc team to speak at least the same thing to your customer. I had call 3 times and chat at least 4-5 times but nobody cares.
