Flower Aura — Too much delay in Delivery and not yet received

I am reaching out to customer executives regarding product delivery since three days and it is still being expedited from their end and no further actions are taken. They mention that they understand the situation but no action has been taken so far. This is the worst ever service that is been provided from a reputed website which is absolutely annoying. Kindly do the needful to place a return and refund request at the earliest. I am not very much interested again to get the item that is being delivered not at the appropriate time.
