FlowerDeliveryIndia.com — Payment deducted but order not successful

Hi, I have initiated to place a delivery of cake & flower using "FlowerdeliveryIndia" the payment has debited from my account with twice but no order was successfully placed and when I raised dispute through their customer care (given telephone is always switched off). Customer agent said we didn't receive any payment from your account also no order received from my email account and advised me contact my bank. Thus, they are "completely fraud site & agent" and herewith informing you don't try this website. Thank you.
