FlowerDeliveryIndia.com — Order not delivered-Amount not refunded

Hi I have placed an order to deliver on 9th July 2015. The order id is PFDI[protected]. I have placed this on 30th June and made the payment of Rs.655 through online net banking. I received a mail regarding the order that is supposed to be delivered but on the date of delivery it did not reach the recipient nor the money is refunded to my account. I feel so bad for trusting this site. even the customer care number that is provided is not responding every time I try to call.
