Fly Mantra — Refund not received even after several follow ups

Hi,

I have booked two tickets as per following details

Date of journey - 21 june'16
No of passenger: 02
Ticket amount - 6, 052

Confirmed ticket was not provide by fly mantra. Booking id: fly 11067664

I have made several calls to customer care number : [protected] but no one is responding on my refund for ticket not booked.

Even the behavior of customer care executive is very rude. Call also get connected after calling nearly 10 times. No response till date
