Dear Sir, I had booked the above ticket for my 81 yr old mother and one companion, on your website on[protected]eTicket attached). However due to the increase in the pandemic situation I did not want to take the risk for such an aged lady and wanted to cancel my above booking. I have tried to cancel my booking on your website and was alarmed to note that the refund amount shown was only Rs 578/- whereas the total cost of booking was Rs 6578/-. (as in the attached ticket). Kindly note that the booking was for[protected] and today is[protected] days in advance). However even though I felt looted by FLYBIG I went through with the cancellation, but an on screen pop up appeared saying that the PNR was not valid. After a few minutes when I tried again the onscreen pop up now says PNR is already canceled. Also there is no option on your website for customers to verify the cancellation details or even see the cancellation details. Also no mail alert has come for the cancellation as it came for the booking ? This amounts to gross manipulation of your own terms of carriage which is tantamount to fraud.The above amounts to looting the customers by keeping them in the dark and making the cancellation process very complicated unlike other major airlines operating in India.I would request DGCA to take cognizance of this issue and issue mandatory guidelines to M/S Flybig so that they run their operations within the purview of the land.An acknowledgement of this mail would be highly appreciated.RegardsD Barua Was this information helpful? |
