Flygofirst.com — Refund not received for cancelled flight from Go-air

Booking ref: ((NYLHVW) (11 May '23), (G8-758) (Bagdogra (IXB)-Pune (PNQ))) was cancelled due to operational reasons by Go-Air

PNR - NYLHVW
It is now more than 4 months but still refund not received for the cancelled flight from GO -Air on 11th may.
Kindly assist.
