Flying Machine — Genuine Leather Jacket

Purchased a genuine Leather jacket from Flying Mahine's store in February, 2021, after wearing the jacket 1 time, when I wore it again in November, 2021 the jacket had many tears in the leather and the jacket was hanging in the wardrobe the whole time, when I complained to the store they said they will send the picture to the company and then proceed further, but even after sending the photo, they didn't reply for nearly 2 weeks, then, I chatted with the manager on whatsApp and sent him the bill and the photos of the jacket, and after telling me he will sort it out and contact me soon, he didn't reply for the whole week, when I pinged him again regarding the update of my problem, he said they can't do anything about that. So, a jacket costing me 3-4k was 1 time use only, what a waste of money.
