Flying Machine — Sales executive misbehaved and service not provided as required.

I had bought two jeans from flying machine, as the length of the jeans was more than that what I wanted, I requested to get it altered from bottom. This is a free service given by flying machine.

To my surprise the alteration was not done as per my given length and was done much shorter than what I wanted. I requested the sales person to get it rectify but they were not ready and were arguing with me.

I am really shocked at this kind of behavior of sales boy with the customer.
The incident took place on
10th june 8:00pm at store B 209 in Mall of India, noida sector 18.

I would request to kindly go through the video footage and check how flying machine sales boy behave with customer.

kindly give me an resolution to my problem ASAP.
