Dear sir i had booked a phone on 14th feb. 2016 they send me a parcel on 19 feb. 2016 they took 1500 money from me, they cancelled my order on 27feb 2016. Now they are saying they will provide my refund but from last two month i am calling them but still my refund is pending. My order no is 1402fmt2552. I had complained of 12th apr 2016, after complain fonemart agent was called me and he said that, give me your card detail, card number, cvv no - expiary date, and otp, Sir i want to know that,, is not this a crime?
