Dear sir/mam
I have applied an application for lenovo k3 note on your site at 05.02.2106.
My application id is "0502fmt8163" and i have also received your shipment worth rs.1500 on 22.02.2016 and shipment no. Is "[protected]" which is delivered by econ express. But sir/mam i have note received any mobile yet. When i booked this mobile your executive was told me that i have received my mobile with in 2-3 days after receiving the shipment. But i have not received any mobile.
After sometime i have called your executive they told me that my application was canceled. They also told me the sum of money rs1500 which is paid against your shipment will refunding me in next 7 days. I have received an email from your side in which you required my bank detail and some other information. Immediately i replied with all details you required.
But after that i'm not received any money, phone calls and mail form your side, many times i called you and every time you replied that in next 7 days your refunded my amount. Today is 9 aug.2016, but no money refunded by you. Its my last request to you please refund my money otherwise i will go to the consumer court.
