Footpath Encroachment — Trouble for pedestrians

Address:Nagaram

Hello Sir/Team,

I am from SV nagar, Nagaram, Hyderabad. There are too many footpath vendors building their shops on the footpath giving trouble to the pedestrians.
It is a main road to ORR and most of the vehicles like buses & lorries would be on their high speed and it is not at all safe to walk on the road. They open their shops with sweater, later bedsheet and then plastic furniture which ultimately occupies the entire footpath. Our government have done a great good job in building beautiful footpaths for the sake of pedestrians for walking/jogging/running, however these vendors are making it difficult for us.
NO idea who gives them the permission.
Attached is the sample photograph of a vendor who started his shop with a small number of sweaters and now he’s with plastic furniture covering entire footpath. The same case can be found on either side of the road (a busy main road).
It has become more trouble for female pedestrians to walk on the footpath, because they frequently pass comments, laughing, loud talks, spitting pan/gutkas, littering, urinate etc.
Humble request to you to take action and please clear the footpaths. Thank you.
