I have an empty container of your lip balm and a brand new, never used lip balm. i weight both of them separately and the difference should be 5gms as per what is advertised on the box but it's only 3 gms. i have tried it on two different scales with the same results. It's just fancy packaging, overpriced products and the customer service is so bad that if you email them they will not respond and if you write anything on their facebook wall they will simply hide/delete your comments. Their sales associates in the physical stores act like they are doing the customers a huge favour by selling to them. Was this information helpful? | 
The After Shave has a terrible delivery system. I have tried two bottles and the delivery mechanism fails to work on both occasions, though there is a substantial product volume left.
The store staff at dlf mall, Saket, are a helpless bunch of people.
It’s best not to use their products.
