This company has deducted my EPF amount from Salary of each month but never deposited same in EPF account. I had joined this company in March 2021. Many times I complained management for this but they always said it's under process but never deposited EPF. Finally in Aug-2023 I asked for refund my EPF amount and accept my resignation and settle all my pending salary and EPF, they kep my salary on hold. They never settled my Full and final settlement till date.

Updated by Anand Mandal There are many other employees who are working there, few left but no body r ceived EPF amount. Many did not even realised last month salary
