[Resolved] Franch Express Courier — Cheating on delivery and returning , consignment no:- [protected]

Hi, I have ordered a dress through a seller @ https://instagram.com/indianstree2?igshid=Yjc0OGI0MDc4OA==
On October 30th 2023, they have couriered through French Express courier, Chennai. Consignment no:- [protected], But they have not shown a single try for delivering the item, I did not receive any call from them. But several times I made call to the French express courier suppport team. But they didn't listen and not resolved anything. Without contacting receiver (myself) they mentioned the status as receiver not in location and they send for returning item to the seller(sender). But still it is not returned to the sender even after a month. The seller also not responding as they already got the money for that. I tried many times. But both are cheating me without responding. So I am seeking this portal help.

Very quick resolution because of this portal. Otherwise they won't respond to our complaints. Actually they have given so much of mental stress before the complaint raised, but after consumer complaint raised, within few hours I got my money which I paid to them.

Franch Express Courier customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
