Frank Ross — Gift hamper not yet received

I am a frank ross user since 2014. Last year in the month of October I received a letter stating they have launched an APP for IOS and if I download and install the APP I will receive a gift hamper worth RS. 250. Last date of the offer was 31st October but I have done the download on 26th October but 3 months passed I didn't receive anything from them. I have called them mailed them several times and they replied it will be delivered soon but I didn't received the gift yet.
