Frank Ross Pharmacy — Payment Related

Dear Sir/Madam,
This morning( 26th September, 2021), a staff from the Frank Ross branch, Ho Chi Min Sarani, Shakuntala Park, Kolkata -700061, called me and said that they have delivered me some medicines on 24th August, 2021 and there was some error in the bill. They claimed that they had delivered 30 tablets of one medicine and 40 tablets of another medicine but in the bill, they did some mistake where they charged for 3 tablets of one medicine and 4 tablets of another medicine. So, I have to pay now an amount for 27 tablets of one medicine and 36 tablets of another medicine. They are calling me after 33 days and saying there is a mistake in a bill which is 33 days old!!. What is this???? There is no proof that they have delivered 30 tablets of one medicine and 40 tablets of another medicine. I too didn't see the bill that they gave. I just paid the amount they asked me to pay. I usually order 30 tablets of both the medicines. Few days ago, I ordered 30 tablets of the same medicines and they delivered me 10 tablets of each medicine. What they will claim now? They delivered me 30 tablets of each medicine but by mistake, in the bill they have typed 3 tablets of each medicine???? I'm extremely unsatisfied with the behavior of these extremely unprofessional, insincere staffs of Frank Ross. I have both the bills. If you need, I can show them. The bills that they produce are most of the time not clearly visible due to very low ink they use. We need your attention on all these issues. It's urgent!!!
