Fraud — money taken as loan

Hello please help me a person took money from me by saying that he will return it within 1 month but be didn't and now he has blocked me here it is his number +[protected]
He is lying to every person like this and demands money that he is in problem but after taking money he dont reply and blocks and abuse and he takes all the money for cricket betting.
