We noticed a ad in OLX to sell activa, so contacted the person says he is working CISF and working Trivandrum Airport, so he got transfer to Bangalore need to sell fast, he is asking 2000 as advance payment balance after delivery, we have transferred through bank transfer, and next day he is sent receipt of Indian army parcel services shipping document, he send his Aadhar card also, after that another person called he says he is from army parcel service please pay balance full amount for delivery, we said as we agreed we can pay after delivery onl;y. So finally he said to pay 6500 rs for delivery i have transferred that amount also. again same guy called and asked pay another 6500 rs, so we told to cancel the order and return our money they says ok after that no one taking the call total 8500 we have paid, because we have trust CISF and our Army, they send all fake documents I hope, we have bank account details, phone number Aadhar card ? my email [protected]@hotmail.com, number [protected]-whatsapp
what can we do please advise
