Freekamal — payment done but order not received

I have payment but my order not recieved. And given mob not always switch off
And no mail reply..'
I have paid rupees 3049 already.
In dated 31/12/2019 - i read in dainik jagran about this sale... And i applied
But after payment in my order history my address was different, and payment address and shipping address was different.
No update from email and no phone call. Mobile is always switch off.
