Date of incident: 30 march 2019 I award the work for ad/invitation designing (1 day work) to rajesh yadav for rs2500. Created a milestone. For same This person rajesh yadav, promised, he is creative, and will provide me with designs in 1 day. But after repeated reminders, he was unable to provide me any ctreative work. And he is so poor in understanding things, i was trying to explain him something, he was just not getting it and not reading what i was trying to explain. There is a option for chat and video call, but he was not ready to come on it. Still today, this guy is not able to give me desired work. Tried to contact customer service by sending them e-mails couple of time, no reply from them. I am just stuck Resolution: desired resolution is i want my complete money back.
