Hello,
I made a free account on Freelancer.com. As part of their registration procedure, I had to fill my credit card details. On 29th Nov, 2016 they charged my credit card with an amount of INR 2059.98 without any intimation or prior consent. When I enquired about this, they said they cannot reverse this.
Kindly help me resolve this.

i put 5500 rs for one projecti paid money in escrow account
they cancelled that next day and debited for subcription automatically
really upset. finally when i have seen i left with only 2900
