Freeup - Complaint — Cancellation mischief

I previously submitted a cancellation request for my order due to size issues and was informed that the cancellation was accepted. However, I have neither received a confirmation nor a refund. The seller has been continuously telling me that they have cancelled it but i didnt receive any cancellation messages.

I have already taken all necessary steps from my side and now expect the refund to be processed immediately.
