Sir myself chandan kumar rout belong to talcher city of odisha state. One month before i had ordered & paid a fitness product at friends trading company locating at jalandhar city punjab through online. After 3 days when i had called them for delivery status of my product they told that this product can not be delivered at your pin code location . Then i have cancelled my order & ask them for refund my money. After that they ask me for my bank details & i had mailed my said details by mail. But after few days they have neither picked my phone nor respond my mail. The said matter of one month has been passed. I want to lodge a complain against the fake agency. I want to refund my money back. Please help me. The details are mentioned below.
