Frizza — payment not received and company not replying my emails

I have earned 750 Rupees+ from this app when I am trying to pay out. This app showing some error and prompting try after 3 hours, it's from the past 6 months. They replied on google play store to please send an email on "Customer.[protected]@gmail.com" I have sent an email with all details. Now they are not replying emails from past 4 months.

I have submitted all the information also but they are not replying emails. Even i have sent emails in all email ids which they provided in all section. Even they can directly transfer my money to my paytm account but they are not doing.
