[Resolved] Fullerton India — 7% foreclosure charges | |||
Dear Sir, I have availed personal loan from Fullerton India in the month of Feb 2014. Now I want to foreclose this loan and approached Fullerton Branch in Kandivali but they told me that I have to pay 7% foreclosure amount of 26000 on loan of 3.67 lakh. At the time of loan sanction it was clearly communicated by them that foreclosure charges will not be applicable. But now I surprised to know this and at this 7% percent rate! This is clear indication of taking undue benefit from needy people like me who approach to such NBFCs to lower financial burden but gets trapped in it without coming out of each due to such hidden and enormous charges. I want to foreclose my loan but there is no response from them. First the customer care executive told me that I missed a call from them but the truth is that I haven't received a call yet.
Further I received a mail stating that the system is under routine maintenance from the 1st to the 7th March'21; hence they are unable to service your request at the moment.
I want to close my loan amount asap.
