Dear All,
My Father had got loan from Fullerton and he missed this month EMI due to some emergency. I'm not aware of this situation one of the woman executive called me and told me that you need pay it right away. I have tried to explain her that he had done payment for more than 18months but this current month only may be missed. I said will pay you when my next salay comes.
Due to some phone issue my father was not able to attend the calls.
She started abusing that your father is not taking phone and she asked me to pay.
I asked her this needs to be payed by him since he took the loan and he is earning.
If at all he is not paying you can take actions or intimate me will arrange the funds.
She started abusing in Tamil languages and started scolding my father and me bad words. She is not at all leaving space to speak me.
I got tempered and got frustrated, I said her give some time to arrange funds, but still she was not allowing to speak.
I told her that I'm working on office call me in the evening she was not at all listening and started abusing in Tamil local language. And she was pretending me that she will not allow me to work for the day. As she said started calling me with different phone numbers and disturbing a lot.
Never buy a loan from Fullerton very very very bad experience since she was woman I couldn't able to speak up more.
I have requested her take conference with his manger. She ignored
Due to some work I forced cut the calls from her.
She was pretending me that she will do anything.
Please repect customer and every one will have some difficult situations sometime please allow customer to speak.
If you want to treat customers as local financier you will face the consequences and lose customers.
My humble request: Please train your staff on how to speak with customers. They are not your workers even workers have self respect.
I would request to take strict actions
Note: Please don't go loan with Fullerton India.
I had loans with following banks HDFC, ICICI, Canara, KVB never ever had this kind of situation.
