Fullerton India — foreclosure amount is so high

My name is siddharth arun kamble ad my loan no is [protected]. I have to foreclose my loan but customer care say me my outstading amount is 80000, my loan amount is 96000. I will pay 15 EMI ( 3700rs per month ) . Please say me how it possible foreclosure amount is 80000. I am going to file complaint to consumer court .
