Fullerton India — Loan

I have taken loan of 107000 from fulletron india for 4 year. I have paid 19 emi(88103) . I want to terminate my loan by paying rest amount.i have talk to agent for the same they told me to pay 70000 to finish loan. Ihave paid that amount but company told me to pay extra 21000 to finish loan.and they threatened me.i have take loan from rewa branch on 26% interest.please suggest me proper way.
