I Tried to Buy some Steam Wallet Codes from "India's First online Gaming Portal" Website www.gamemela.com, in this website you gotta buy some credit known as "Chips" but what they dont tell you and you can still check now that they dont show if the Steam Wallets are out of stock or in stock, until you buy chips from this site. so i bought 2000 chips on 19 September 2015 and they just took my money and keeping it. the "Customer Support" says that our queries will be answered within 24 hours well 3 queries within 3 days havnt got a reply yet. plus in another complaint on this website they answered that they/re contantly active on their social media pages and they/ve announced that they are going out of stock so here i am posting a snapshot of their facebook page where last update is of 4 September 2015 and i also messaged them on facebook again no response from the website. so kindly i want my refund. and that the site mentions that they are out of stock so that they cant fool more people with that. thanks
