They first take your complete payment for the period which is minimum of 3 months . The upfront payment of made then they send you email saying they need to do kyc and also register you for auto payment . Now why can’t they mention this before they take a single penny from me ? Is that legal ? Ofcourse not! They can’t take my payment and say unless you do this we can’t complete your order . Second why register me for auto payment when I have made the complete payment upfront ???? What kind of fraud is this ? Now that rbi guidelines state clearly such auto payments cannot happen they want to know your internet banking details ??? Why shud I compl with that ??? I am going to take them to the consumer court for this ! Fraud merchants they are . I am going to also dispute my payment made to them with my credit card . Useless people .
