Furniture Shop Using Footpath N First Lane Of Road — illegal shop on footpath

Hello,

It park (Corporate office area) to wageshwari temple (700-800 meter distance) there are many furniture shop on both the side, tyre puncture shop. They r using footpath n first lane of roads. Ppl can use only single line. Many ppl need to take bus from wageshwari temple n have to walk. Single lane will be shared by ppl n vehicle which is dangerous. Nobody take action against of them.

1. Footpath is for public or indirectly help to extend shops from ppl's money?

2. Illegal parking of customers n creating jam, traffic police forgot their moral duty in connection with shop owners.

3. All shops are running on cash, i wonder whether they r paying tax honestly still using first class service.

4. I have seen, police parked their vehicle. Few ppl come n meet and they just go without action. Managed system?

Hawker is becoming nuisance but till the time strong decision won't come from top level govt this ground level authority will fill their pockets only n don't care for ppl.
