[Resolved]  Future Club India — A total fraud

After becoming a member of FUTURE DREAM scheme of Future Club India by paying Rs.50, 000/- I found that the scheme is not of any use to me. As they had provided for refund of payment if applied for within 15 days, I applied for refund. The party stopped acknowledging emails and also did not answer phone calls. A case was filed in Consumer Forum, Chandigarh and an order passed by the Court as per document attached below. When a copy of the order was forwarded to Future Club, it was returned from all three known addresses of the company with different remarks, like, "No such firm here", "Left", "Moved", "Office has been closed". Details are listed below: FUTURE CLUB A-48, 2nd Floor, Tapovan Building. Near Idea Customer Service Centre, Sector 64, NOIDA (UP) – 201301 Returned with the remarks: “Moved”. FUTURE CLUB 5A/14, TIlak Nagar, 2nd Floor, Above Malik Jewellers, Opp. Metro Pillar No.487 NEW DELHI – 110018 Returned with the remarks: “Left”. FUTURE CLUB H-15, 2nd Floor, Kailash Park, Opp. Metro Pillar No.334, KIRTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI – 110015 Returned with the remarks: “No such firm here” FUTURE VISION RESOURCE Pvt. Ltd. A-48, 2nd Floor, Tapovan Building. Near Idea Customer Service Centre, Sector 64, NOIDA (UP) – 201301 Returned with the remarks: “Moved”. In view of the above, I wonder if it is of any use to pursue the matter as I am not willing to incur further expenditure towards legal costs and miscellaneous expenses.
