The future generali insurance company is giving a lot of frustration to me. We have renewed the car insurance on 26th of july, 2017 with the full amount payment through vendor austin hyundai patuli branch. We have given all the declarations to austin hyundai that we had claims on our previous insurance partner bajaj alliance, but intentionally austin hyundai did not provide the correct information to future generali that we had claim from last insurance hence future generali had sent a letter after activation of insurance of 2 months that wrong declaration was provided by us, inspite of knowing the fact it was not our fault we have gone ahead and paid off the no claim bonus charges with the penalty fee of rs 1222.00
In the meanwhile, we had a small accident in our car, when we asked for the claim future generali is stating that they will not pay any insurance claim as the data was wrongly represented to them. My concern is that these insurance companies are harassing consumers like these as when we have renewed the insurance the inspection of the card and the validation of the information provided should be checked by then only not after two months. It was never mentioned in the policy that unless the car gets inspected or the data provided gets validated the insurance is not active, then we would have never taken out the car from the garage. Hence we request you to please help us by able to get our claim from the insurance company. As we are in a big problem right now. Thank you in advance.
