Kindly note that on the 31st of January 2015 the micro wave refused to switch on. I promptly lodged a complaint with your customer care centre on the 1st of February 2015 (complaint number: 521910). A service engineer visited our residence on the 3rd of February 2015 and proclaimed that the PCB was faulty and needed replacement. He informed us that the part would be available in the next 48 hours post which he would come and replace the faulty part. It has been 22 days since that day and we have not heard from the service engineer till date. Your customer care centre refuses to lodge any further complaints as one complaint is already open and the only answer I receive is that the part would arrive in the next couple of days. I have just one question to ask …… Is the faulty part arriving from the moon as any delivery across the world can be completed in less than 7 days ? In case it is too much of a trouble to replace the part, then kindly either replace the product or provide us with a refund. Awaiting a revert from your end before I take any further steps.
