Future Retail — Public humiliation and embarrassment by bangalore central employees

Dear All,

On 22nd Nov I visited Bangalore Central Mall, J.P Nagar branch, Bangalore at 7:00 PM. I was carrying a formal blazer with me which I purchased from some other store. I had to buy a matching Bow for the blazer so I took the blazer inside the mall. The blazer I had was not removed from the lazer sensor which is usually removed after we buy the product from any shop.

While taking the blazer inside no employee of Bangalore Central stopped me because of their negligence.

While I was going out, one security person stopped me since the lazer detector beeped.

The employee doubted that I was stealing the blazer from the store.

I have faced such a situation earlier and in such circumstances both the consumer and the shop keeper needs to observe patience and check what exactly has gone wrong.
But the Mall employees publicly insulted me and before looking into the entire matter, they threatened me to take to police station which was very much audible to the people around.
When I asked how much time it will take for you to verify the situation, they told me "It may take whatever time it has to."
When I told I will file complaint against you for publically insulting me, the employee used his hands trying to push me back and in loud voice he told "Bahut jyada bol raha hai yeh"

Instead of taking responsibility of the flaw in the system of security check regarding what products customers are taking inside, they blamed me that i did not get the lazer sensors removed from my product from the other store from where i bought it.
As a consumer I would definitely have no idea where all the lazer sensors are put.

I wonder with so many other customers they would have behaved in such a humiliating manner. And if I dont report this complaint, definitely they will continue to humiliate other customers.
As a compensation for humiliating me in public, and for behaving in such a humiliating manner with public I demand a compensation of 10, 000 from the future retail group which should be deducted from the salary of the employees who are behaving like that with so many other customers like me.
