I planned a trip to Bangalore with future vacation but due to bad weather the trip was cancelled and on the scheduled day but they offered me a alternate trip in place of the previous but as I had problem in time on that given day so I asked for refund they though hesitated first but given it back later. I was really happy with their travel plans also and the trustworthiness. I went to Jayanagar with future vacations but after the trip I felt that the trip was more expansive than what in real it seemed. So I complained about that to the future vacation and after hearing my point of view they realized the thing and have offered me a compensation reduction in the next trip with them.
