I had an Indica to sell and Gaadi.com called me and asked me to pay a refundable amount of Rs.1500 if the car is not sold in 3 months. I trusted them and made the payment via my debit card.
It has been 31 days as of today and there are no leads from them BUT Once in a month, an arogant representative from gaadi.com calls to check if the car is sold so that they can escape from the refund.
The rep is so arrogant that when asked for his name he says I will send you an email with my name. He just does not want to share his name. I wonder if they record their calls or have anything called quality in talking to their customers who are paying them for their bread and butter. It's a personal request from me not to pay this fraud site any money and get stuck like me dealing with indecent reps who have no clue about customer service.
