[Resolved] Gaana.com — charged money 399 without any notification

Hi, gaana team charged the amount 399 rs. On 12th jan 2020. Without any advance renewal notification, there is no unsubscribe link in there app or website. Even i don't know how to turn off the renewal. I dont know how to remove my card for future auto renewal. Gaana them just saying enjoy your current subscription. I send several emails to turn off the renewal for next year but they replying just "enjoy your current subscription". What is this thy are stealing money. I just want to remove my credit card and dont want to deduct my money next year.

Kindly share the ticket ID with us or else write to us at [protected]@gaana.com so that our team can review the details and gaana never deducts the amount as we pre inform the users while enrolling for the subscription
