Gaana.com — fraud amount dedicated while otp send after it

It's very strange "3 months back on 24th feb20 i subscribed gaana plus membership but now this time its auto renewal and an amount of 399 has been deducted from my credit card". Money transection has been taken place today 1 o'clock while gaana send otp at 3:50 am. How it's possible a deduction without otp or a transection without my knowledge. This time I don't want subscription
It was subscription without my will.Kindly reverse back my amount of rs 399 asap.
