I purchased subscription using flipkart coins in gaana website and it got auto renewed by mistake and just after purchasing, within 24 hours, i told them about i don't want subscription several times and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income. But till now it has not been satisfactorily responded from their end and everytime they are making excuses asking not to cancel the subscription. Please help
