We do understand your concern regarding the AUTO RENEWAL of rs 399.
We received the case and found you redeemed a marketing code in Oct'2019 which offers you 3 months free gaana plus .
Please note that once you redeem the voucher, it clearly gives a message that to ACTIVATE the GAANA PLUS SUBSCRIPTION complete the details on the payment page and before you choose the plan where on the top the clear message on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is shown, you can refer the attached screenshot for the same.
Hence, this was a completely valid and authorized transaction. Now, when it comes to refunding to the amount, that is being declined as the subscription is already activated.
However, we have canceled the auto renewal and no further deduction will be done
