[Resolved] Gaana.com — Refund my subscription

I had a very bad experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission. I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time.
