Sir/madam, I made payment for renewal of my membership for one yrs through payatm order i'd 1435545 but renewal is not done however payment is done by payatm to gaana.com. Kindly renew my gaana+ membership else refund my payment. Further payment was made on 31st October 2016 and still waiting for renewal.
