NDTV Gadgets360 just confirmed from CCTV footage from vendor side that the product was packed properly. And then handed over to courier. Whatever happened afterwards is fault of courier service. This kind o[censored]nethical practice by courier service company is alarming. Anyone shouldn't trust Gojavas with anything valuable!!! If Gojavas really means what they say, strict action should be taken against defaulter (who replaced the parcel).

We have reviewed your concern.We would like to inform that since we are mere logistic partner of sellers, we do not pack or have authority to make any changes what so ever to orders to be shipped by us. Since we have very secure and alert facilities from where the orders are collectively shipped to various locations, theft and leakage is ruled out and monitored extensively. Since you are so upset with the issue you have faced we shall as well get this checked on our end. Request you to please share the AWB number so that a thorough investigation may be held since we at Gojavas do not promote such illegal and unaccepted practice. A strict legal action would be taken against the defaulter .
